Filandy.com is supported by advertising. We are committed to ensuring that readers clearly distinguish between editorial and sponsored content.
Advertising formats we use
- Display banners (IAB): identified with the label “Advertising”.
- Native ads: They appear within articles with the word “Sponsored.”
- Affiliate links: These redirect to merchants and may generate a commission; they will always be marked with an asterisk (*) or an “Affiliate Link” note.
- Advertorials: Articles paid for by an advertiser; the header displays “Sponsored Content.”
Acceptance criteria
- Misleading advertising that promotes illegal activities or makes unverified claims is rejected.
- Advertising must comply with the regulations of the General Advertising Law and the IAB Spain Code of Conduct.
- Under the Digital Services Act, we provide meaningful information about each ad: advertiser identity, targeting parameters, and audience criteria.
Segmentation policy
We do not show personalized ads to children under 16 years of age, nor do we use sensitive categories (health, religious beliefs, sexual orientation).
